Xia Pinqi, a second-level professor of national key disciplines of flight vehicle design in the College of Aerospace Engineering, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA) , a PhD supervisor, and director of the National Key Laboratory of Rotorcraft Aeromechanics, and president of the Institute of Aerospace Engineering (IAE).
